‘Just One Less’ projection

The projection nights at the Armidale swimming pool wall were a huge success! Over two nights locals saw the Just One Less videos that Craig had edited into a digital media experience bringing to life an empty carpark in the centre of town. The video booth was also on site with video works created by local students on display inside.

Although there were fire drums to keep people warm, there was also the option for audience members to stay in their cars and listen to the video’s soundtrack via a live feed on Tune FM. Earlier in the afternoon, several local bands performed on a mobile stage at the nearby skatepark, making for a really diverse audience.

Sincere thanks to Kim McConville, Narrelle Jarry, Pia McBean and the rest of the Beyond Empathy team for pulling together such a vibrant event, and for partnering with the MCA on the project.
